Renovations 101
Today marked the beginning of our renovations.
The floor of the porch was rotting just where you step into the room from the blue door. Once Adam got to it, he commented on how lucky we are that we hadn't already fallen through! Yikes!!
Calli thought her Dad had actually fallen in here...poor kid.
After ripping out the floor of the porch this morning, he replaced it with some new plywood and then painted the entire shoe room/porch and floor. Seems like such a short description in comparison to the length of time it actually took!!
Tomorrow I'll buy new carpet, re-load our jackets and shoes into the room and cross that job off the list!!
