Visiting Snow
Cute little sisters playing together! Calli was singing to Marin.
We've got visitors!! We found out lastnight that Adam's parents would be coming up here for the night tonight, so when Calli woke up today, she was eagerly awaiting their arrival all day!! She kept looking out the window and asking if it was time for us to go and get them at the airport yet. She complained that they were "taking forever to get here." Finally, after trying to get her to understand that they were busy but would be here around 5pm, Adam showed her the clock and told her that when it showed 5:00 it would be time to go and get them. She checked every few minutes to see if it was 5 yet!! Pretty funny!

She's pretty proud of the job she did! We were cheering her on of course. Nothing wrong with starting her young!
We got up to the airport and watched their plane come in and Calli was pretty excited to see them. She couldn't stop giggling!! We went out for dinner, came home and subjected them to a game of Memory with Calli...who wasn't actually paying attention. As you'll see from the pictures, Adam gloated to his 3 year old about his win...and you can see her reaction to the whole thing.

The strangest part of the day is when it started to snow. We had to remind ourselves where we are living! It doesn't snow here. Try taking pictures of the snow with a flash and a digital camera! It's super cool! All the snowflakes light up like little sparks in the sky. I could have used up the entire memory card doing that tonight. It was certainly entertaining, and I didn't even have anything to drink!!
