S-Nap Time
After lunch, I sat down with Marin to try and get her to sleep for a few hours. I asked Calli to be quiet for a bit until Marin fell asleep. I gave her the option of reading quietly in her room, or playing quietly in the toy room. She chose reading, so off she went to read some books.
Naturally, Marin didn't end up sleeping and Calli was SUPER quiet in her room!! Marin and I went in after a bit and found Calli fast asleep in her bed! All snuggled up with her teddies!
Calli's "boyfriend" Golliwog is there beside her wearing her favourite t-shirt as a dress. She puts the dress on him and they dance to Madonna!! Cute.
This is Marin contemplating how to get out of her sisters bed/grip and back into the toy room.
This is the best way for a 7 month old to get the attention she is seeking...and to make her sister crazy!!
