I Keep on Fallin'.....
Marin finally convinced Adam to build a little railing by the stairs in Calli's room. She can go up and down stairs without a problem, but lately, after she has finished making a mess of Calli's bookshelf, she hasn't been making it to the right part of the cut-out leading to Calli's room, that opens to the top landing of the stairs. Make sense? The cut-out opens right onto the landing, or if you are further to the right, you can step, or fall, in Marin's case, right onto the stairs.

So Adam set about building a little railing.
All traffic can now ascend or descend the stairs in the correct areas. Hopefully this will prevent Marin from any more near misses!!
Calli LOVES her new beaded curtain. It's actually made of some type of paper folded into neat little triangle-y shapes, along with long tube shaped beads.
Unfortunately, later in the day, Calli thought she would practice swinging from the curtain...and the whole thing came down from the ceiling. I imagine that'll be the last time that happens. From her crying, you would have thought she'd lost a Princess gown or something!!
